Online Purchases: If you are unhappy with your purchase please fill out a return request form here:
All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in their original condition, with tags attached. We will gladly issue you a store credit once the merchandise arrives and is processed in our store within 14 days of delivery date. All jewelry, bodysuits, bralettes, and sale items are final sale.
In-Store Purchases: Please bring your items to one of our locations within 14 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit. All items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached. All jewelry, bodysuits, bralettes, and sale items are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not meet these qualifications.
Shipping: Your online order will be processed and shipped from one of our locations within 3-5 business days. You will get a tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed.
Local Pick-Up: If you're local to us or are visiting us soon we have the option for you to pick up your order at one of our locations within 48 hours of your purchase. If you would like to pick up your order sooner please call us to schedule a time. 828 412 5888
